Avocado Ice Cream? Hey, if it’s good enough for Tom Brady…

AMY GARDNER / June 1, 2016

Summer is finally here!  Time for the pool, beach, barbeques, and of course…. ice cream!  This all-time favorite is the  perfect end
to a long summer day.  Unfortunately, due to dietary restrictions, not everyone can simply slip on their flip-flops and chase
down the ice cream truck.  Thankfully, there are dairy-free options, including the recipes below that offer an enjoyable alternative to this
summertime treat.  These  alternatives are easy-to-make at home and pack in some great nutrition without sacrificing enjoyment.  So
grab the nearest cone or spoon and enjoy this frozen favorite, minus the moo!
