A group for parents to discuss concerns about their child’s weight. Learn helpful strategies to encourage a healthy self image and food relationship.
- iMove®, Healing Your Relationship with Exercise. A group for those struggling with compulsive exercise to explore and transform their relationship with movement using mindfulness, nervous system regulation and embodiment.
- Intuitive Eating
Read and explore the concepts of Intuitive Eating, by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RD and Elyse Resh, MS, RD. We’ll use food to get hands-on skills practice.
- Meal Support
A weekly group that offers support around meals in an outpatient setting. Mindfulness and grounding techniques are incorporated.
- Food Play Group
A fun, interactive group for kids ages 3-6 who benefit from new food exposure in a low pressure atmosphere.
Creating lasting behavior change goes beyond talk therapy. We incorporate a lot of hands-on experiential strategies into our work with clients. We’ll come to your home, evaluate your environment and show you hands-on skills that will result in successful behavior changes. Our Occupational Therapist provides in-depth consultation to offer guidance around sensory and feeding needs.

LARGE GROUP PROGRAMS
We collaborate with schools and other organizations to help improve targeted nutrition and lifestyle behaviors within their community. Our registered dietitians develop programs that are creative, comprehensive, effective and, of course, fun. Whether you’re looking for a few seminars or a whole culture shift, we can work with a variety of budgets and needs.
