    A fun, interactive group for kids ages 3-6 who benefit from new food exposure in a low pressure atmosphere.

    How To Help Without Hurting
    A group for parents to discuss concerns about their child’s weight. Learn helpful strategies to encourage a healthy self image and food relationship.
  • Intuitive Eating
    Read and explore the concepts of Intuitive Eating, by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RD and Elyse Resh, MS, RD. We’ll use food to get hands-on skills practice.
  • Meal Support
    A weekly group that offers peer and professional support around meals in an outpatient setting. Mindfulness and grounding techniques are incorporated.


Creating lasting behavior change goes beyond talk therapy. We’ll come to your home, evaluate your environment and show you hands-on skills that will result in successful behavior changes.
