About Your Group Leaders
Enjely (“Enjie”)
Enjie is a first-generation Dominican American and is currently one of few bilingual dietitians in Massachusetts. Prior to joining the nutrition field, Enjely served in the United States Marine Corps where she developed a passion for helping athletes, particularly those struggling with eating disorders.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University and went on to Simmons University to complete a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion and a certificate in sports nutrition. She has extensive training in eating disorders and participates in several hours of specialized eating disorder and sports nutrition supervision both in and outside our practice each week.
She is dedicated to partnering with clients to empower them around a weight neutral, Health at Every Size®, whole person approach to health. She particularly enjoys working with adolescent and young adult athletes.
Fun fact! Enjie is an aerialist which means she performs acrobatics soaring through the air on silks. In her free time, you’ll find her practicing her aerial art or hanging out with her husband and their two dogs and watching movies.
Bella
Bella grew up outside in Massachusetts just outside of Boston. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communication from Fairfield University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Nutrition Science at Framingham State University where she completed the Coordinated Program of Dietetics and gained experience in medical nutritional therapy.
Bella understands and appreciates that everyone has their own unique relationship with food. She works with clients to translate complex science into simple and relatable terms, while also cultivating a space for people to discover more confidence and peace with food. Bella employs a weight-inclusive Health at Every Size® model and specializes in eating disorders. She embodies our growth mindset and is highly dedicated to ongoing learning.
In her free time, Bella enjoys testing out recipes with her sisters, exploring new cities, reading and rebelling against diet-culture whenever she can.
