After graduating from Lesley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Psychology, Alexa went on to teach preschool for a few years. After beginning her own intuitive eating journey back in 2020, she became incredibly passionate about nutrition, health, and body positivity. It was that year that Alexa made the career change to start working as a Care Coordinator in the healthcare field. Since then, Alexa’s desire for helping others on their own intuitive eating and nutritional paths has only grown. Alexa is an experienced and eager care coordinator who enjoys getting clients started in their journeys.

Alexa will be starting graduate school in the Fall of 2023 to pursue her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. Alexa is dedicated to helping you get the care and services you need, and will always offer a smiling face and a listening ear to those who need it.

Alexa is a huge dog and animal lover and has a 7-year-old Australian Shepherd named, Harvey. She has recently found a love of cooking and is enjoying exploring new recipes-she has not burned down the kitchen yet! She loves all things outdoors/nature and on the weekends will most likely be found hiking and exploring new trails with Harvey. Alexa lives on a small lake in Massachusetts and loves spending her time sitting out by the water with her coffee, kayaking, or doing some outdoor yoga.
