Harvest Salad Recipe
We had a blast at Harvest Fest today at Chesnut Hill Farm in Southborough! The weather was ideal and the Trustees did a wonderful job organizing the event. The music, food, hayrides, sack races,
apple cider press, donut eating contest and many more activities reminded me why I love fall in New England. We were fortunate to be next to
the alpacas who proved to be very pleasant and entertaining neighbors! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth today!
Here are a few pictures
We also wanted to share the recipe for our Harvest Salad featuring spinach, walnuts, quinoa, cranberries and goat cheese. It’s a great fall salad
and will keep for several days as a side or main dish. You can find the recipe here on Two Peas and Their Pod. Our salad dressing featured small batch Vermont maple syrup made at Bridge Road Sugarworks. Enjoy! Happy fall to all!
