Rebecca Aslam, MS, RD, LDN

Licensed Dietitian
She/Her

"Compassion and connection are keys to recovering a healthy relationship with food and yourself."

Rebecca came to her work in the nutrition field after two life-changing years as a high school theater teacher.  She pursued a Master’s Degree at Framingham State University and completed the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. She has been practicing clinical nutrition since 2012.

Rebecca is passionate about helping her clients develop a healthy relationship with food. She offers a safe, inclusive and compassionate space for her clients to learn about mindful and intuitive eating – to break down old thinking patterns and diet culture mentality, and to feel empowered to make lasting, positive changes in their lives. She embraces the Health At Every Size® (HAES) framework in her counseling practice.

As a queer-identifying, neurodivergent dietitian, Rebecca enjoys working with clients who value this lived experience.  This lived experience is helpful to those who may need support with sensory struggles with food, meal planning, or changing routines to build new habits. She loves working with clients who are interested in exploring vegetarianism, plant-based nutrition or eating patterns for chronic health concerns through an Intuitive Eating and HAES® lens.  She also has experience in oncology treatment and recovery, and women’s health.
