Enjely Mora, MS, RD, LDN
Licensed Dietitian
She/Her
“My mission is to help clients mend their relationship with food, nutrition and movement."
Enjely is a first-generation Dominican American and is currently one of the few bilingual dietitians in Massachusetts. Born and raised on the Northshore of Massachusetts, she is a New Englander at heart. Prior to joining the nutrition field, Enjely served in the United States Marine Corps. Her military experience and environment were filled with ample opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Her rich, diverse cultural background has contributed to her ability to take perspective and relate well to all types of people.
While serving in the Marine Corps, Enjely became acutely aware of how common disordered eating patterns, chronic dieting, and problematic exercise patterns are in the military. The strict and rigid military standards had an impact on her own mental, physical health, and athletic performance as well. After her medical retirement from the military, Enjely established an intuitive pattern of eating and found joyful movement through aerial arts. She now enjoys helping others heal their relationship with food, exercise and body and is on a mission to help combat diet culture!
She is dedicated to partnering with clients to empower them around a weight neutral, Health at Every Size®, whole person approach to health. She particularly enjoys working with young adult athletes.
Enjely received her Bachelor’s degree from Framingham State University in Food and Nutrition and Dietetics Concentration. She subsequently attended Simmons University where she completed a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship and a certificate in sports nutrition. She is actively involved in efforts to diversify the dietetics field through involvement with Diversify Dietetics and as an active board member of Boston Alliance for Diversity in Dietetics (BADD). Enjely is also a member of Association of Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) and Multi-Service Eating Disorder Association (MEDA). She has completed extensive training in eating disorders through Metrowest Nutrition and outside mentorship and participates in several hours of specialized eating disorder supervision each week.
In her free time, Enjely is often on her aerial silks or practicing with her team. She and her husband, Vince, a parkour athlete and instructor enjoy spending time with their two dogs and watching movies.
