FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Meg Gilbar RD, LDN
Licensed Dietitian
She/Her

“Food freedom is found when you and your dietitian work together - not against your body, but with it."
Mary (Meg) is a dietitian who specializes in eating disorder treatment with extensive experience across all levels of care, including inpatient, residential, PHP and IOP. Most recently, she served as lead dietitian and Interim director of a residential program, where she provided clinical leadership while supporting clients with complex psychiatric and medical needs. She practices from a Health at every size (HAES) and highly individualized approach meeting each client, exactly where they are. Meg is confident that she can help you restore nourishment, rebuild trust with food and your body and find sustainable healing through compassionate, trauma informed and evidence based nutrition care.
When she’s not working, Mary finds joy in slowing down—sitting outside in the sun, taking thoughtful walks in nature, listening to a podcast while washing dishes, watching her cat sleep peacefully, and discovering a new binge-worthy show. She also enjoys a faster pace sometimes, like hiking or going to a concert. Balance is key!
