FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Meg Gilbar RD, LDN
Licensed Dietitian
She/Her

“Food freedom is found when you and your dietitian work together - not against your body, but with it."
With over seven years of experience as a registered dietitian, I’ve worked across all levels of eating disorder care, supporting clients of all ages, genders, and identities. I feel privileged to be part of each client’s journey as they build a more peaceful relationship with food, their body, and themselves.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and individualized. I enjoy getting to know each person’s unique story, experiences, and goals so we can find a way of eating and caring for yourself that truly fits your life. I also specialize in ARFID and have a particular interest in the intersection of eating challenges with OCD, anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, and sensory processing differences.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’d be honored to support you along the way!
