Jennifer Drohan, M.Ed. RD
Meet Jennifer, but you can call her Jenn! Jenn comes representing the east coast, but just a state away! Born and raised in New Hampshire, Jenn found her love for Nutrition, and obtained a degree in the field when studying at University of New Hampshire!
Jenn has an impressive, and extensive background in the field of nutrition. Over her years teaching people of all ages about how just like life, nutritious eating is a journey not a destination, she learned that she especially loves working with parents and children!
She worked at Children’s Hospital Boston before going on to complete a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education at Framingham State College while completing her dietetic internship.
It was after becoming a mom, and experiencing having a child with autism, ADHD, and related GI issues, Jenn fell in love with helping other families and parents on the same path!
Jenn began consulting for Early Intervention (EI). At EI, Jenn collaborated with therapists to create nutritional goals for children and their families! Jenn empowers parents to change many different types of eating behaviors while promoting pleasure in the feeding process with their children, just as she has done for her own! Jenn has given numerous professional parent talks on Nutrition and Autism and continues to be intrigued by the role of the Gut Biome in GI issues, which plays a large role in the work she does today.
During Jenn’s career, she gained extensive experience in Nutrition Support while working at Massachusetts General Hospital as a member of their Nutrition Support Team. She went on to work with several infusion therapy companies as a Home NutritionSupport Dietitian along with completing her Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education at Framingham State College and completing her dietetic internship.
When you catch Jenn outside of work enjoying spending time with her husband, her friends, and raising two fun spirited boys!
