“My support system has been pivotal in helping me to heal my relationship with food. I had worked with other dietitians in the past, but it wasn’t until I met Amy that I started to make real progress.” – AH
“We worked with a few different nutritionists, who were good people doing a fine job, but they couldn’t connect with [our son] and just left him more frustrated. Then we went to Amy at Metrowest Nutrition. Amy really respected our son, and handled his push back with good humor. She was specific with her recommendations, which we really needed. I think the transformative moment was when she asked our son what he was worried could happen if he ate more – and then, rather than dismissing his fears, took them seriously. She said, ‘I wouldn’t be surprised if the voice inside your head really believes that it’s helping you and protecting you. But actually, it’s bullying you.” Our son hates bullies and that was the moment. We have a ways to go but, with Amy’s support, our son has dug himself out of the crisis. We’re eternally grateful”. -ML
“I highly recommend Metrowest Nutrition. The staff is exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable. You are seen as an individual and not just another patient. Nikki Vance has played a pivotal role in overcoming my eating disorder and continued progress in recovery. I have worked with other great nutritionists in the past, but they are unparalleled to the care and support I’ve received at Metrowest.” – Reaghan O’Brien
“Metrowest Nutrition is a breath of fresh air. The staff are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional – and cutting edge. I would highly recommend them for adults and kids (and parents) looking for support in building a lifelong healthy relationship with food.” – Deborah Tyson
